Through this platform, Elijah aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed financial decisions. Fintr is funded by ESquared and is part of the recent Injini cohort of EdTech Fellows funded by the Mastercard Foundation. A few months back Fintr represented South Africa at the Global Creative Business Cup and placed in the top 12 out of more than 50 countries. Fintr uses games to teach children about money. Our approach combines gamified superhero narratives, practical financial exercises, and a competitive reward system. This makes financial education fun and engaging, fostering positive financial behaviours from a young age. His innovative spirit didn't start with Fintr; as the founder of Nubrix, he ventured into the realm of sustainable building, focusing on creating affordable housing solutions from waste materials. Nubrix is a global award-winning venture. Competing and winning on stages at MiT, Copenhagen and Accra to name a few! Elijah is an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow which further exemplifies his commitment to fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship. As an industrial engineer by training, his commitment to improving Africa through entrepreneurship is unwavering. A lifelong learner, tea and board game enthusiast, passionate dancer, and avid reader, Elijah's diverse talents shine. Elijah’s successes are completely to honour God and for God’s glory.
