Nthabi Tau, a 42-year-old award-winning director based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is one of the country's most influential and sought-after directors in the television industry. With a career that spans over two decades, her notable works include Outlaws, The River, Youngin's, Giyani – Land of blood, In the Dock, LLB, Mpondoland, Lingashoni S1, Uzalo and many more, showcase her exceptional ability to captivate audiences with her compelling storytelling and visionary direction. Nthabi’s journey in the entertainment world began at the age of 19, when she first stepped onto the scene as an actress. However, it didn’t take long for her to realize her true calling was behind the camera. Her transition from acting to directing has been nothing short of remarkable, with each project becoming a new opportunity to explore her creative boundaries.
